Advanced Employability Course, Refugee Council & PWC - Accepting Referrals for November!

I hope you are having a great start to the week!

 

I’m getting in touch to share that we are currently accepting referrals for an Advanced employability course that is co-delivered by the Refugee Council’s Refugees Into Jobs team and volunteers from PWC .

We are currently closed for referrals to the general Information, Advice and Guidance service and will be closed for this service until the 4^th of November. However, we are currently accepting referrals for this course, please see the information below and the flyer attached for more information:

 

Working in the UK Advanced Employability Course co-delivered with PWC:

 

• Advanced employability course delivered online over 6 weeks from the 1st November - 6th December at 10:00am – 12pm every Friday.
• Aimed at those who have professional experience, to prepare clients for work in professional roles, including in depth CV support and mock interview practice.
• To refer clients to this course please send a completed external referral form and photos of the front and back of clients BRP card to r...@refugeecouncil.org.uk or feel free to encourage clients to complete this form themselves and get in touch.
• Referral deadline: Please send referrals for the course to r...@refugeecouncil.org.uk by the 22^nd of October.

 

Eligibility criteria for the Course

·       Refugee status, Homes for Ukraine and Resettlement schemes with evidence of BRP card, Home Office letter, or family reunion visa as applicable.

·       Living in England

·       Basic digital skills

·       English speaking and listening Entry level 3 or above (If unsure, this will be assessed within initial screening call)

·       Over 18 years old
