We are very pleased to announce the start of the Refugee Council - Starbucks Employment Programme 2023, beginning on 13th Feb 2023. We are currently recruiting for candidates in London.
Key information
This opportunity includes 4 training sessions, one of which will be in person at the Warren Street Starbucks store. If all training sessions are attended, applicants will have a guaranteed interview with a London Starbucks store. Those successful in their interviews will be supported in their new roles, and those not selected will continue to receive support from their advisor.
Day 1: UK labour market and key terms; CV writing , Cover Letter (online)
Day 2: Job application, Customer service skills, Starbucks culture and values (online)
Day 3: Starbucks experience -Introduction & taster day – Starbucks, central London
Day 4: Interview practice (online)
Day 5: Store interviews, in person
Starting salary is £11.05 per hour raising to £11.15 after 3 months.
Eligibility Criteria
When referring please complete the referral form in full and a photo of the front and back of the BRP card, as well as a copy of the CV.
