Ukraine Response- Community of Practice

Dear colleagues

 

We would like to invite you to take part in forming the Community of Practice for frontline organisations supporting Ukrainian refugees in the UK. Since the Ukraine crisis started, many organisations have stepped up and provided vital support in response to the crisis.

 

The aim is to create a Community of Practice/Forum where organisations in the sector can meet, identify and discuss issues, look at potential solutions and share good practice. It also aims to provide coordination of support to avoid the risk of duplication and also to create a centralised point of resources.

 

Please join us in the first forum on 21^st March 2023, 2-4pm over Zoom. We will have workshops in breakout rooms for different representatives to discuss a range of topics, to identify the needs and gaps in the services.  Do let me know your views on what the priority topics should be.

 

Please email me bahar....@refugeecouncil.org.uk if you would like to attend by 6^th March and I’ll send you the calendar invite. If you are interested in being part of the community but cannot attend then let me know and I will make sure you are kept involved in some other way. We’ll schedule the programme according to the number of organisations attending and send out the finalised agenda in due course.
