Be a resident of London
Aged 18+
Be unemployed
Not in training or education
Have the right to work in the UK
Be actively looking for work
Have good conversational and written English skills
Be comfortable with basic maths, such as addition, subtraction, and ratios
Be able to attend an Assessment Days, if invited, on May 4th and all training dates
4 weeks of hands-on technical coffee skills training (part-time 3 days per week, dates will be shared in advance)
4 weeks of unpaid part-time work placement in a specialty café from our employer network (2 days a week plus 1 day of training)
Internationally recognised barista qualification that stands out to employers
Level 2 Certificates in Customer Service & Food Safety
Develop coffee making skills, customer service and hospitality skills, and interpersonal skills
