When will Cherie let me marry her? Where have most of our members
cleared off to? Did you all hit legal drinking age and discover the

I've been drinking age and have had many a shitty relationship with a
JAP. I recently discovered, however, that I don't get paid or a letter
grade for writing on these, and this contributes very little to both
novels and doctorates (the nerve!), both of which eat up huge portions
of my time.

I've moved into another apartment and just recently discovered that by
sitting in my room with my lappy that I can supple off the sweet
internets provided by the ignorant or complacent (previously I had
only tried my living room, which did not get good enough reception
through the walls to actually do anything useful after connecting).
Honestly, though, I shouldn't be sitting here typing this. I should be
off my ass getting a job before my woman decides to toss my useless
ass to the curb. XD
I have to go back and re-read the comic now. >.>

I still read the comic, sadly have not turned the legal drinking age (though that doesn't really stop me) and have noticed the opposite sex for quite some time now. I mostly spend my days babysitting my siblings since school is out for the summer. Blegh. I would like to know what happened to Dannah's mum though.

I won't be around for probably the next 3 weeks. I have that much time
of school left, two large finals to finish, a senior show to attend,
graduation to attend; I have to find a house and move, I have a
contract left to finish before the end of June, and I'm working full-
time in a pre-production/production house.

Legal drinking age was 2 years ago and I'm pretty sure I dropped to lurker
status even before that. Regrettably my lovelife remains non-existant.
Nah, I see the problem as diversification of slack. I mean, I still need to
pass classes (or fulfill my work responsibilities when I'm on co-op) and sleep
so if I want to try out new and exciting sources of entertainment there's only
so much safe slack time to fit it all into. Stuff falls by the wayside. And
to be honest, I don't think that I've ever been good at initiating
conversations. Throwing in my own two cents, maybe, but there has to be
something to throw those pennies at. (Damn pennies...)

Well, I have found my way back to the forum, and it only took the
better part of two years. Life kind of took me away from it for a
while (what with classes and a new circle of friends coming in the
picture). I've joined a club of gamers at my college, and it's been
eating away a lot of time. They made me president this year, so I'm
still going to invest a whole lot of time into it, but I'm going to
try to keep it balanced to avoid burning out on it.
Legal drinking age was seven years ago for me, but I've only
discovered the joy of alcohol a couple of years ago. Not that I drink
much more than before, just that I go for the better beers now. The
opposite sex is, well, pretty much the same as it always has been. One
of these decades I'm going to have a normal, stable, short-distance
relation. I can hardly wait.
Anyway, that's about all I have to say. it's back to study and papers
with me. I'll see you around.
