Interactive Producer
==================

The Interactive Producer will work with a team of designers,
copywriters, account managers, programmers and outside resources to
develop creative solutions that meet our clients' strategic
interactive needs. The producer must, not surprisingly, have a good
understanding of all interactive vehicles (Web, e-mail, multimedia,
etc.) and - unlike other jobs out there - possess exceptional
communication and organizational skills. You must be able to play nice
with others and keep yourself productive when alone. Programming
knowledge is a definite plus.

Primary responsibilities include:
========================

* Oversight of interactive projects - including determining scope,
developing cost estimates and establishing timelines - from initiation
to final quality assurance and maintenance
* Document client objectives, technical requirements, and user
requirements for each project
* Serve as project lead while working with a team of designers,
writers and programmers - yes, we said that earlier, but it's
important
* Identify the need for external resources and manage them accordingly
* Build and maintain client relationships in conjunction with the
account manager; this may involve lunches
* Create test plans and manage the entire quality control process with
internal and outside resources for the life of the project
* Work directly with the assigned account manager and/or client

Qualifications:
===========

* One to five years of interactive project management experience
* Strong understanding of programming languages, technologies and
online advertising
* Detail oriented, deadline driven, and possessing excellent
communication skills (no mumblers)
* Ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to develop strong, positive relationships with outside
suppliers and co-workers
