Wow - RN! a blast from the past :)Who's to say you couldn't do something with Refresh Newcastle? Arguably you could get rid of all but one of those other groups (say, SuperMondays which is all-encompassing) but yet there they are...There used to be a Refresh Newcastle website which was a link to the websites of local web designers amongst other things. I spoke to Gareth myself quite a while ago about the possibility of taking it over and giving it a lick of paint but communication came to an end without anything being thrashed out.Refresh Newcastle was representative of the 'Refresh X' thing that is still ongoing today (see http://www.refreshcambridge.org/ / http://www.refreshteesside.org/ for examples). Maybe at least having some sort of web presence and "I'm a member of Refresh Newcastle" style banners on peoples personal websites / agencies would kickstart the group again - that's how it used to be.Surely it wouldn't take more than a few hours for someone to thrash something up there that would mimic the SuperMondays local blog digest with all of the collective skills on here?I've not looked on any of those other group websites, but is there a North-East Web Forum? If not, that would be feckin' cool to stick on the Refresh Newcastle domain and encourage communication and collaboration.Anyway - hi to all still on this list :)
