On January 5th, we'll be having our first meetup of 2011 at the new TGI Fridays Downtown and free parking is available! RSVP now at http://refreshindy.com/january. We won't have another meetup until March.

Designers / Developers Needed

Refresh Weekend is coming up January 14-16, our 48-hour website design marathon for charities that takes place at IUPUI. We have four Indianapolis charities signed on to receive new websites this year and all are immensely grateful to our volunteers. We're looking for at least one more web designer and one more developer, particularly someone who works closely with Drupal. We're at a point where if 4-5 more designers/developers sign up to volunteer soon, we may be able to form a 5th team for another deserving organization that is currently standing by. So far, we'll be helping organizations that provide assistance to teachers, low-income families, kids with disabilities and Indianapolis' libraries.

All volunteers get their names, or companies, with links to portfolios mentioned in all press releases where space allows and on RefreshIndy's website, IUPUI's website and others.

Part Time Help Needed

New this year as part of Refresh Weekend, we're seeking part time reviewers to help on Sunday, Jan. 16th from about 1 to 5 PM. You would help our teams by reviewing their work, checking for errors and offering impartial advice to help get our sites finished in time.
