Some of you might remember me presenting on Guerilla Project
Management for Geeks back at Refresh Edinburgh last April. What you
might not know is that because of that presentation, I got asked to
write a book on the same topic!
It's just been published by Sitepoint, so check it out:

It's aimed at folks who are technical resources but increasingly
finding themselves needing to run projects or simply keep them on
track/budget so their design/development work doesn't get overshadowed
by idiot mismanagement. It's intended to be short, practical and
accessible, but I imagine it will be folks like yourselves who really
judge if that's the case!
Not to go all mushy, but thanks also for the great reception you all
gave me at the event last April -- if you hadn't reacted so well I
certainly wouldn't have been up for writing the book!
