Feusd is innovative, cloud-based membership software, designed for organisations which connect people from a profession, industry, activity, or mission, around their events and content.

Typical customers include professional and trade associations, business clusters, media companies, common interest societies and advocacy groups.

Frontend Web Developer

Feusd is looking for a Frontend Web Developer to help update and improve our customer facing interface.

This involves implementing an existing design concept and extrapolating it into a consistent, attractive and easily usable interface across desktop and mobile clients.

We are looking for a freelance contractor to fulfil this role, for a period of two months.

Benefits:

- Contributing to the success of a useful product in a socially beneficial industry.

- Receiving a competitive fee of between £300 and £500 per day.

Technologies:

The successful candidate should be competent with:

- HTML5, CSS3
- JavaScript
- Bootstrap
- Photoshop / GIMP

They would ideally be familiar with:

- HAML, SASS
- jQuery
- Ruby on Rails

Desired Skills:

- An ability to implement an existing design concept and extrapolate it into a consistent, attractive and easily usable interface across desktop and mobile clients.
- An ability to produce clean and consistently high quality CSS code.
- An ability to use Bootstrap to deliver a reactive design.
- An ability to manipulate graphical assets using software like Photoshop / GIMP.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree or relevant commercial experience.
- Examples of successfully delivered projects.
- An availability to work in the UK and to start as soon as possible.
