[Job Opportunity] Full-time Flash and/or Front-end (HTML + CSS) Dev

Ideally, the candidate will be both Flash and Front-end, but their
might be 2, full-time positions available

REQUIRED SKILLS (a bit flexible with):
- 4+ years experience with banner creation
- 3+ years working with AS
- expert level animation, with an eye for rhythm and movement
- extensive experience with building various types of UIs
- very familiar with Garbage Collection, removing event listeners,
etc
- comfortable working in Flash IDE
- competent design skills (must be fluent in PSD, AI)
- knowledgeable on image optimization for file size
- comfortable working with sound, in and out of Flash
- basic HTML, Javascript, and CSS skills
- comfortable loading external assets, understanding of crossdomain
security issues
- strong understanding of when to use a particular programming method
- comfortable working with design patterns, as well as more
straightforward programming methods
- ability to quickly adapt to various coding styles

- extreme attention to detail
- must be very organized and able to self-manage
- able to multi-task and handle multiple projects
- able to work calmly under tight deadlines
- able to communicate clearly with clients and production staff
