seeking a Web Designer to support our growing Marketing Department!

Job Summary
The Web Designer will help shape Medifast’s presence on the web,
transforming information on our products, programs and policies into
usable, visually dynamic media. The web designer will evaluate,
recommend and use new web technologies and applications. In addition
to designing, developing and enhancing web sites and applications, the
web designer will serve as an integral part of the Marketing team and
be a key player in campaign/project planning, requirements and
analysis-gathering with the business owners. Position requires
creativity, fast problem-solving skills, self motivation, good
communication, strong technical and design skills, familiarity with a
collaborative, marketing-driven environment, and a passion for
Internet technologies.

Requirements
Required Education – Bachelors degree in computer graphic design, web
design/development or related field

Required Experience
2-3 years experience in the field of web and/or multimedia design
2-3 years experience in developing and maintaining Marketing websites
and applications

Required Computer/Program Knowledge
Dreamweaver
Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, ImageReady, Fireworks, Flash,
Illustrator
HTML/XHTML
CSS
AJAX
