Searching for Ruby/Rails training/bootcamp advice for migration project

Hello All.

I was excited to see that next week's Refresh topics include a section on Bootcamps since I'm searching for advice on learning Ruby on Rails in order to transition a web site from ColdFusion to RoR. I'm sure I'll get a lot of good info at the meeting but would like to ask the general list for advice. I'm mainly looking for a bootcamp-like experience...somewhere I can go and focus on learning full time in a classroom setting. I am also interested in on-line support resources as well as general migration advice.

BTW, I will need the assistance of at least one experienced RoR developer for the actual migration. When funding and deadlines are finalized I will post information here as well as announce at the Meetup. If anyone is interested in learning more now I'm happy to discuss.
