I would be interested in talking about our process of web development at Spring.net and would like to do it as a panel with Karen Kreps, Dana Lachman, Derek Williams and myself as a "team" presentation.  We would livecast it on the net and release it on youtube, etc.  We've recently had several successes as a team and are about to embark on a major site.

Also does any have a recommendation for a Drupal Developer?  Our team has an immediate, pressing need for a drupal developer for several projects we're about to embark upon.
