Eureka Software Solutions is looking for new development team members.  It's a fantastic small company here in Austin with a 21-year history of success, and is a true joy to work for.

The job requirements are as follows:

• experience architecting and developing large-scale web applications for at
  least five years
• knows ASP.NET inside and out - from custom controls to reflection to
  asynchronous callback delegates - and does it all in C#
• strong knowledge of DHTML, CSS and Javascript
• experience with reports and MS Office integration
• competent in SQL Server modeling, querying and performance tuning
• has maintained and configured production IIS and SQL servers
• completes projects on-time and works well under pressure
• MCAD or MCSD-certified a bonus 
• excellent research and problem-solving skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• experience building commercial desktop applications in .NET is a big plus

Java experience is a plus as well.  (As well as other development technologies, including Flash/Flex, Silverlight, PHP, Perl, C/C++, etc).
