Hiring Ruby on Rails and PHP Developers

We are looking for several Rails Developers in Austin, TX. We will consider candidates with strong PHP and non-professional RoR experience.

Here are the core requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in software development.
• 3+ years with Ruby on Rails (flexible if strong PHP background)
• 3+ years with Ruby/Python and/or Java
• Extensive experience with SQL, MySQL
• Experience in the social media industry (working experience in this
area is a plus).
• Experience with Amazon EC2/ELB
• Experience with MVC Frameworks: Rails/Django
• Experience with Source Control: Git/SVN
• Experience producing enterprise grade software solutions
• Experience delivering software products that contain full test
coverage including behavioral, integration, functional, and/or unit testing
• Experience writing extensible and scalable code using conventional
best practices in Ruby and Java
