Kingdom and the United States) focusing exclusively on digital
marketing and technology. Each office is filled with opportunities for

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Designer to work on a
contractual basis.

Working under the direction of the lead (CD, ACD and/or Art Director),
the Senior Designer is an innovative creative thinker able to
translate ideas and concepts into useful and memorable interactive
marketing, web and motion-based designs. Attention to detail and
ability to uphold and deliver work at the highest quality standards is
essential. Passion for design in all media is essential.

Responsibilities:
•Designing solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives
•Creating interactive design concepts
•Designing mood boards, storyboards, interactive page layouts, site
grids and interface demos, photo retouching and enhancements, animated
GIFs
•Providing quality assurance on creative deliverables
•Building and maintaining team rapport with creative staff, account
managers, and project managers
•Foster an environment that is on-brand: Collaborative, Trusted,
Insightful, Innovative, Ingenious, Memorable, Pioneering, Agile,
Driven, Passionate, Diverse, Analytical

Qualifications:
•Strong design portfolio with 4+ years education, 4+ years design and
interactive work experience
•Ability to articulate and present creative ideas
•Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with
careful attention to detail
•A solid working knowledge of the latest versions of applicable
programs -- Mac OS, Photoshop and Illustrator, etc.
•Understanding of motion design and the strengths and limitations of
Flash, Ajax, Flex, and other emerging platforms
•Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and the Web and the
fundamentals of information architecture
•Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative
people
•Mature appreciation of the balance between creative and business
opportunities
•Self motivated, organized and accountable
