FRONT-END WEB DEVELOPER

A Front-end Web Developer at the Taecho Group is responsible for building and developing web sites, mobile applications, and content management systems under the supervision of their Sr. Developers and Lead Developer. Front-end Web Developers must have a good understanding of how HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery work, as well as how to properly implement each of the languages. The developer also has to be comfortable working with multiple developer platforms such as Expression Engine, WordPress, Magento, and LemonStand. Generally speaking, this position requires some back-end development experience, but requires a sound foundation in front-end development. You should be able to explain your ideas clearly, enjoy working with a small team and you're able to get up and running quickly.

BACK-END WEB DEVELOPER

A Back-end Web Developer at the Taecho Group is responsible for architecting and building platforms, applications and frameworks from the ground up. This includes setting up hardware, hardware OS, framework, database structure and data models. Typically, a backend developer is assigned projects that require them to code unique MVC formats and content management systems through the use of multiple coding languages. These languages include, but are not limited to PHP (CodeIgniter), Python (Django), and MySQL. Back-end Developers work adjacent to the Developer Lead and Project Manager, in efforts of producing a product that meets the client’s expectations, if not exceeding them. You should be able to explain your ideas clearly, enjoy working with a small team and you're able to get up and running quickly.

SALES AND MARKETING

We're looking for a talented sales and marketing expert to join our team and help us grow our business! We're not looking for someone to do endless cold calls. We want someone who's immersed in our industry (advertising, web design and development) and is willing to bridge the gap between client and agency. We don't want to exploit your rolodex but we're looking for real connections to expand and grow our business.
