I have a colleague that is looking for the following:

"Know anyone who can cheaply turn a PowerPoint with a voiceover into
an online application that I can sell on my website for people to
download and use? I copyrighted my StoryBoarding process that I use
with clients and I want to put it on a new website for sale."
