Front End Engineer

Our client is looking for a talented Front End Engineer to assist with
their SaaS product. The ideal candidate will join a very open and
creative environment where passion is key.



Responsibilities:


◦Work with a cross functional team that includes developers, analyst
and graphic designers
◦Develop client components using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
◦Work with developers to improve usability◦Contribute to SCRUM
meetings

Required skills:



◦4+ years of experience with web development
◦Strong design skills with in depth understanding of new web
technologies
◦Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
◦Experience with Frameworks such as jQuery, JSON, AJAX, etc.
◦Knowledge of design trends and social networking API’s
◦Degree in Computer Science




Preferred skills:



◦Experience with Facebook Connect or OpenSocial API’s
◦Knowledge of widgetbox, beebo, Google gadgets etc.
◦Experience with JavaScript compression, CDN usage, and caching
strategies
