Why is it that some Calvinistic Baptists can be so doctrinally correct
on Sovereign Grace and yet be so cold to visitors. I have visited
several reformed baptist and missionary baptist churches, both in the
east and in California. Most of them were cold to visitors and only
warmed up after you got to know them. No welcoming arms and in some
cases not even a thanks for visiting us. I believe of all people that
claim to be Christian that those who believe in Sovereign Grace should
be friendly and gracious to those who visit our churches. At the same
time they should be void of those parts of a church worship service
that is found in the greater majority of Bible believing churches.
Such as an altar call.
