Dear Alicia,
We would love to host a volunteer team from Reforma LA!
I attached the flyer with event information to this email.
Volunteers are asked to arrive by 10am and stay through 1pm at LA Plaza.
Volunteers will assist with hands-on workshops, including:
-make your own book mark
-explore letter designs
-learn about printmaking while creating your own branding iron design
-explore the Edible Teaching Garden and make a seed packet
-assist storytellers in the galleries
Volunteers are asked to fill out a volunteer application form when they arrive.
It would be great if you could start gathering a list of interested volunteers—I can either send you final event information next week to send to them, or I can reach out to them myself, whatever works best for you.
Thank you so much!

Hi Ximena,
I'm going to be volunteering on April 19th with LAPL. But I also wanted to extend our volunteer services on behalf of Reforma LA chapter. I know a few of us helped last year and if you are in need of more volunteers I am the President of Reforma LA chapter, I can let them know and have them contact you or I can form a list and send you the list of volunteers.
Let me know.
Thank you,
Alicia M. Rodriguez
