Upgrade to ASM 4.2

Hi Nate!

I suggest upgrading to ASM 4.2 (currently ReflectASM depends on version 4.0, released in 2011 :-)

It seems that in 4.1 and 4.2 there have been some minor performance improvements (and bug fixes), see: http://asm.ow2.org/history.html

I did some quick tests and doesn't seem to be any incompatibility.

P.S: also in the Maven shaded version , please

Will be also good to support dexASM. For good example we can check the code of the Mockito library and how they utilize dexAsm over the abstract factory.

Such modification will make possible library use on Android Dalvik machine.
