Multi-argument Constructors

I took a crack at implementing multi-argument constructor access today.  I was hoping you might take a look at this patch and comment on style and approach?

I attempted to retain existing functionality in a way that did not affect its performance, so it is a little bit more complicated for that reason.  I also attempted to borrow from the "index" concept that exists in MethodAccessor.  Thoughts?
