page-templates is not available in the 1.0.8 gem

Hi,

I noticed that the rocksolidwebdesign:page-templates has been merged
into master [1], but that has not made its way into to gem, yet. :)

Is there´re any pre gems or newer gems available from other sources
than rubygems.org?

Hey,

Your best bet is to use bundler's git functionality:

gem 'refinerycms', :git => 'git://github.com/resolve/refinerycms.git'

This version supports Rails >= 3.1.0
