First time setup on Windows 2012R2 - cannot load such file -- bcrypt_ext

Hi

This morning I have installed Refinery on my server.

Filling out the first users form, the message says:

Rails.root: C:/Refine/rickrockstar

Any suggestion ?

Do you have some description about setting Refinery up with PostgreSQL ?
