Hi,

how do I properly include a Google form on one my pages? I did it a while ago (don't remember exactly how), but now looking at the page I see the form is truncated and one can't see the top of it. You can see it here: https://www.p3dfft.net/download-p3dfft

Is there an elegant way to include a form?
