Hey everyone,
I got a call from Robin at the Quality Inn. She’d like us to move into Board Room…… at least until our membership out grows the other room. She feels setting up and tearing down the room is too much work for only 6 members. I tried to explain that it is easier to grow into a room than grow out of a room. Unfortunately I didn’t say it anywhere near as concise as that. She’s not seeing the benefit of RNE as of yet. I told her I’d run it by the group.
Thoughts? I need to get back to her.

I believe the Board Room is on the same level, opposite the entrance. I think it’s more of a conference room.

It doesn't matter to me. I'm assuming that the room we met in downstairs is the board room. I agree with her that it is a lot of work to get that room ready for us and then get it back to where it was.
