rustic adventure trips to Costa rica

We are preparing people for a visit to our properties in Costa Rica. I am currently sitting in a hotel in CR, sunny and 70 degrees. Knowing I'll be back home around midnight and temps below freezing makes me want to stay.
In the south where our properties are, its probably about 78 dgrees righ now, 10 am. Anyway, we are very close to establishing a base price of $1,000 for a flight and a room on the river and ocean, access to our 150 acre farm for hiking, camping, and some horseback riding for one person a couple will want to figure on an extra $500 for flight right now, round trip. Our Caretaker, Filiberto knows the farm very well and will guide people. We rented a small 4x4 suv, cost for the week with mandatory insurance, about $300 for the week. We have gathered info. for activities, from snorkeling, to white water rafting, to just hanging out on our property and decompressing. Feel the stress peal away as your system slows down because of the culture and the laid back manner in which the people live.
We are currently working on Rappelling and a zip line through the trees. We played on the Golf course this week. They have two more holes to complete, some sets of condos are moving along nicely and things here seem to be stable.
On the Real Estate and other areas of the economy, people seem to be very optimistic. There's and insurgence of Chinese, Russian, and other European countries coming here. The U.S. presence and Canada are still pretty strong, but people here are very concerned about the U.S. government and the currency.
i am asking you as my team mates to please put us in touch with the Raace Track, Rafting companies, KOA and any other camp ground. again our Inn is very rustic with a ceiling fan, no ac, telephone, or tv. Instead you can spend time outdoors doing something all the time, even if it's gardening, or building something, playing outdoors. Best Environment in the world.
