Hi guys,

a very late little reminder of our meeting tomorrow at 1pm at the forest. I'm so looking forward to seeing you all there! (and meeting some of you!)

we'll try and make it pretty brief but here is a rough agenda. anything else to add?

-          Event tasks

-          Publicity

-          Welcome packs

-          Photographing / filming

-          Evaluation

-          Laptop for 24^th summerhall

-          Washing glasses on fri morning?

-          Catering

-       

And if you're able to take a wee look at the event tasks before hand so you can familiarise yourself with what needs doing, that'd be grand!
