Volunteer Meeting and Event Tasks

Hi all,

So just a reminder that we'll be meeting at the forest at 1pm on Tuesday 19th for a last chance catch up and chat about the festival. And a chance for some of us to meet each other, wahey!

If you would be able to look at the event tasks once more before you come, add anything to it that you see we're missing, and think about anything else you'd like to help with, then we can better discuss it all next week. Cheers!

General volunteer tasks we're still needing some help with are:
- general photographing of events
- cleaning glasses on friday morning (fun!)
- tweeting and generally making a noise about the festival (we have one person very kindly helping us with this, but always good to have more!)
- ferrying people to and from station/hotel/venue etc
- meeting and greeting and just being on hand (this DOESN'T mean you're a dogsbody, but a smiling face of the festival. essentially hanging out)
