Hey guys,

I've shared the Edinburgh welcome pack for your perusal and additions. Three cheers to Becka, Tamsin and Esa for their work on this. Becka and Tamsin have also created a beautiful map with useful points listed and marked on it. I am still trying to upload it but know that it is beautiful and super useful!

I also wondered whether we should add the following:
- where to buy sim cards?
- something about edinburgh's literary heritage? (could just include the edin city of lit map? or the paper book map from the SPL?)
- take out the bit about getting to and from the airport as we will either be picking them up or getting them in a taxi?

So I guess this can be a good template (and can be tweaked for other cities?) that people can add their relevant info to for each participant? How should we do this? Can people fill in the info for each of 'their' guests and then email me the ones for Edinburgh and I can print them out and put them together with per diem sheets etc?

And I take it we aren't translating this into Arabic anymore. Much easier not to!

Ah it's great! I think the bit about sim cards would be good. I wouldn't add in too much more on the heritage, just get the maps/guides you mentioned from city of lit/spl.
