opening film comps?

Hey guys,

so we get 10 comp tickets for each film right? I'm just sending the 'special' invites out now to those who'll get a free ticket and I'm wondering whether there are too many. this is the list I have (from the asterisked people on the invite list) and doesn't leave a ticket for: Yas, Caroline, Jon.

Do we need all the SDI people since they're not hosting any events this year? I reckon try and offer one comp to each 'host venue' if at all possible (eg SPL, Summerhall, Forest, IMHSD) and also to each funder, and maybe one to Osman?

Hmmm. that's screwed up my plan somewhat. Have already sent out the general 'pleb' email with the ticket price as normal. Was going to send the 'special' email saying they have a comp ticket at the box office.

never thee mind, I can follow up with a super friendly email telling them they've won a prize. so according to those suggestions THE LIST could look like:
