evaluation in dumfries

hey!

so I think we're pretty much covered for evaluation at all the events (I presume Henry is on the Glasgow stuff, with his empire of willing volunteers!).

The ONLY one that I'm still not sure about is the film screening in Dumfries. My contact there has grown very cold so I don't think I can ask him to do it anymore (though am past humiliation stage so will if I really need to!). Godfrey isn't actually in Dumfries itself and I feel I've been asking quite a lot of him so am loathe to throw this at him too.

D'you think we could ask one of the ushers at the robert burns film theatre to hand out the forms, collect them in and then send them over to us after the event? That kind of seems like the simplest option. I'm happy to ask them unless someone (Yaz F?) who has already had contact could follow up on it?

To keep you all in the loop, evaluation strategy at the moment is:

- feedback forms
- twitter responses prompted by posters we'll have at the venues - 2 responses will win free tickets to an event (i think!)
- sum-up-in-3-words soundbites
