Redundans manual

Dear all, 

Redundans still lacks proper manual. I'd love to create one, but it would be great to have some feedback from users what isn't clear, as for the developer most things are quite obvious ;)

From my side, I'll try to put gradually all the concerns raised by the users so far.

Hi Leszek,

I find a problem about Redundans. Sometimes Redundans does not stop running and report the error. In fact, it does not run in server. I do not know what  it happened.

Hi Leszek,

There is no error file. It just only stop running. I have met a few times. But if I rerun it, it work well. I do not know what it happens. Maybe our server is not stable?

Difficult to say. Are you using SGE? Or running jobs directly?
