Hi,
When we use Redundans for assembling genome with PacBio reads, PacBio reads  need correction before assembling?
Thanks,
Fuyou

Hi, I was using long reads without correction. Last aligner is used for long reads and it was aligning DNA sequences with up to 50% divergence in my tests, so even very noisy reads (ie early Nanopore) should be handled correctly.
Note, long read scaffolding is still in beta. Let me know how it worked!
Best,
Last.
