to Reduce Farm Costs
I don't know where to begin, so I'll just start.
I envision a waterway through the center of the country using the
abundant resources within our country to produce a booming agri-
business within our country. Water for farmers in the midwest, flood
relief for victims in the flood plain states. Hydro electric plants
spread through the country providing an abundance of jobs, industry,
inventing new technologies through R&D . But most important
revitalizing america.
A railway that connects the coast, the bullet train that will get you
from east to west in a day. The goods processed in the heartland frrom
our resources and hard labor expanded tourism.. There are beautiful
parts of this country that have never beeen seen. Not subsidized farms
but farms that feed the world. We have the resources now all we need
is the dream. ABC Concieve IT < Believe It<Achieve It.

This is not a pipedream its a reality check. We are at war, but its
not with anyone its with water. It is clearly evident that we must do
something monumental to revitalize this country. kinda like what the
Panama Canal did for Latin America and the rest of the world.

Don't believe me do the research. Look at the cost of the California
Aqueduct and the benefit. Look at the news next month when the
flooding starts and its only going to get worst w/global warming, and
think if you could tap into all that excess water thats going to end
up in the Gulf of Mexico. We can use it

Connect Lake Michigan with the Ohio , Mississippi, Missouri, Colrado
use the resources that are already here, Imagine how much cargo could
be transported on a barge with a few tug boats versus the same using
trucks and other fossil fuel burning vehicles, Hydro electric power is
a renewable resource the water is not going anywhere.

Farm costs would be reduced because we all have a stake in our future.
The iggest obstacle to farm production is water resources and the cost
of irrigation.
We can turn the world with water.
