Hi all,

One thing I forgot to mention is that I want to keep this list friendly and informal. Once the membership increases it is possible that we'll have members across batches and age groups. I'd like to keep the list free of 'sir' and 'ma'am'-ing. Maybe that is my bias from corporate experience where calling a senior 'sir' is a no-no.

After a few years in the field it is possible that you may have to report to someone younger or batches junior. In that case it is possible that ego issues may come up. I guess that's where the promotee vs direct recruit conflicts arise from.

What do you guys think? Any first-hand experiences?
