RSEL6 Archive Consolidation

For those of you who are still on RSEL6, I have consolidated all of
the RSEL6 RPMs, from all point releases into 3 simple repositories:

1) RPMS
2) SRPMS
3) debuginfo

All patches that were necessary back then are in the patches subdirectory.

All of this is in https://ftp.redsleeve.org/pub/el6/ and will
eventually make it out to the mirrors.

This got rid of a large number of duplicates, and a big mess of
inconsistently arranged subtrees.

If this affects you, please adjust your yum.repos.d/ files appropriately.
