yesterday I released kernels 5.4.77 for all raspberries. This release
fixes an issue in 5.4.75 from last week.
The *75 kernels had no good support for SELinux by accident. This is
fixed in *77.
This has the unfortunate side effect that updating to *77 will
automatically relabel all data. This might take quite some time,
depending on the system.
My advise is to skip the update to *75. If you are already on *75, then
set the selinux config to "permissive", update to *77 and reboot. After
reboot you can relabel the fs while online and, when done, reboot to
