Actually, I knew where the Pogoplug as, it was a matter of finding the
USB drive with the RSEL7 build on it!
After a few missteps, I got it up and found my notes on how I built this

I did this back in '15! I currently have no plans to update this, but
wonder how much of this I can take, or even bother to take to build a
Cubieboard2 with RSEL7.
Or just wait for 8.5
