Hello all

If you have experienced the Red Sands service, let us know what is
GOOD and what is BAD and can be IMPROVED, ok?

My self-assessment:

Good
-------
a. Friendly, easy to talk to.
b. Provides plenty of education, knowledge
c. Shares plenty of free stuff around

Bad
-----
a. Forgetful
b. Frequently late
c. Overworked, tired looks
d. Either phone no battery, or never bring around, or never hear...
lol.
