With the official end of support for Python 2, it's probably a good idea
to at least add support for using apenwarr/redo with Python 3 so that
those who wish to can work on purging Python 2 from their systems.
It looks like there's already an open pull request that adds support for
this (https://github.com/apenwarr/redo/pull/30), is there a reason it
hasn't been merge?
