Location node position accuracy. How to meke it more precise?

Hello,

I am creating app, that colecting data when phone is moving. I make some tests and it looks like, that device using just wifi snifing for show position of device. Accuracy is 100m for example. When I start some application that using more precision position like GPS status or map etc, location is with precision 4m. Is there any way, how to get best result position info only with RED application and location node? Thanks!
