Serial Open - No Device Found

Hi, I have a FTDI/USB plugged in and sending data to the Android phone. I have confirmed connection is good and data is flowing with another Android serial terminal app.

I close all apps, restart the phone and attempt to connect with Node-RED but I cannot.

Serial Open node says "No Device Found". Settings are the same as the other serial terminal app.

In the Serial Open node description it says "Note: First request the permission to use the serial port to the system.".
