RedMobile quits after about 30 minutes of background execution.

I'm using registered version and two different Android terminals: Samsung and Xiaomi.

I've disabled in both terminals the battery saving strategies, the RAM cleaning procedures and RedMobile keeps quitting

But when RedMobile has stopped, notification is still displaying "App is running in background. Doing heavy tasks"

I've even locked the app but no luck.

Any idea?

The "App is running in background. Doing heavy tasks" is a very old version, isn't it? Please try updating to the latest version.

Also, due to Android limitations, it is difficult to keep the app running in the background. If you run it in the foreground or power the device, it may come true.

Hi.

Version is 6.0.3..I just downloaded it from google play. Is there any newer version?

Android is running on external charger.

The latest version is indeed v6.0.3.

I've attached a snapshot.

In addition, I ran it on my device (Android 7) while charging the battery, and it kept running even after 30 minutes.

If you can, please try reinstalling once.

Thanks for your advice.

I found out that the unexpected quitting was not caused by app itself but by a flow (not too complex). When removed that flow and started a new one, Redmobile kept running.

My suspect is about a "ui chart" node that stored a lot of data after 30 minutes.

Anyway, I'll try to track and confirm this issue.
