Easy Gantt が起動しない

はじめまして。石川と申します。

Redmineを使用してみたいと思い、Windows7のPCにBitnamiをインストールしました。

プラグインとしてEasy Gantt が便利そうだと思い、インストールしてみました。

Redmineが起動しなくなったり色々とトラブルを乗り越えて何とかRedmineが起動する

様にはなったのですが、ガントチャートを選択すると「Internal error」と表示される様に

なってしまいました。

ログを見ると、下記の様に記載されています。

あまり知識が無いので、ここからどうすれば良いのか判りません。

あきらめてBitnamiを再インストールするしか無いのでしょうか・・・

Easy Ganttのインストール手順は実施されましたでしょうか？

の節に記載されている手順です）

エラーメッセージには、データベース上にテーブルeasy_settingsが存在しない
とあるので、Easy Ganttプラグインをインストールする過程でデータベース上
にテーブルを生成する次の手順が正常に実行されていない可能性があります。

bundle exec rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=production

手元の環境で、Easy Ganttをpluginディレクトリに展開し、db:migrateを実行
せずにRedmineを実行したところ、次のエラーを確認できました。
（WEBrick、SQLiteで実行しているのでエラーログの表現に違いがありますが
エラー箇所と内容は同じものが再現できたかと思います）

ご返信ありがとうございます。

bundle exec rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=production

は実行しました。

が、高橋さんから御指摘をいただきまして念のため再実行してみたところ

よく見たらエラーが出ていました。

001_setup.rbの291行目で全角文字が使用されている、とのメッセージでしたので

よく見てみましたところ、アドミニストレータのアカウントを漢字にしてしまって

おりました。

ここを変更する方法を調べるより、Bitnamiを再インストールした方が早そうなので

再インストールして確認してみます。

(まだRedmineを正式運用開始しておりませんでしたので、あまり沢山のデータは

入れておりませんでした。今なら手戻りは少なそうでしたので）

結果は改めて報告いたします。

こんにちは、高橋さん

あの後、アドミニストレータのアカウントを漢字表記をやめて再インストール

したところ、正常にEasyGanttを使用できる様になりました。

初歩的なミスでお騒がせしました。

これから色々と使ってみます。
