Redmineのホームを開こうとするとInternal errorが表示される

OS：Ubuntu Linux 22.04.1
Redmine5.0
MySQL8.0.5-O
Ruby 3.0.2@2p107
Rails 6.1.7.6
Apache2.4.52
Phusion_Passenger/6..0.18

Redmineのホームを開こうとすると以下メッセージが表示されます。

Internal error
An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your Redmine administrator for assistance.
If you are the Redmine administrator, check your log files for details about the error

/var/lib/redmine/log/production.log を確認した結果、以下のエラーが出力されております。

原因および対応方法を教えていただけないでしょうか。

とのことなので、
redmineフォルダの config の下の database.yml
に 正しいMysqlへのアクセス情報（ID/PW）が書かれているか
見てみてください。
