はじめまして、お世話になります。
CentOS6.7へインストールしたredmine-2.6.7-1に、Knowledgebaseプラグインを追加しようとしております。
なお、redmineのインストールはbitnamiにて実施しました。
redmineインストール途中に確認される質問事項は基本的にデフォルト値となります。
プラグイン追加後、Web画面にて、

と表示され、画面が表示されず詰まっております。
手順としましては、以下URLよりダウンロードしてきたmaster.zipを解凍し、
できたredmine_knowledgebaseディレクトリを、
/opt/redmine-2.6.7-1/apps/redmine/htdocs/plugins/の配下へ格納。
格納後以下コマンドを実施。
# cd /opt/redmine-2.6.7-1/apps/redmine/htdocs/plugins/redmine_knowledgebase
# bundle install
# bundle exec rake redmine:plugins:migrate NAME=redmine_knowledgebase
コマンド実行後redmineの各種サービスを再起動。
にて上記エラー画面が表示されます。
なお、現在の/opt/redmine-2.6.7-1/apps/redmine/htdocs/にて実行したgem listの結果は以下となります。

rack-cache (1.5.1)が無いといわれていますが、gem listを確認するとインストール済みであったりと、
自身だけではこれ以上の調査は進まず。
上記エラーから原因が推測はできますでしょうか。
有識者の方より意見をいただければと思います。

まず、Bitnamiはインストールディレクトリの中に必要なものが全部入っており、Bitnamiアプリはその中で完結しています。
OSのパッケージ管理システムでインストールできるそれらとは別枠と捉えてください。
それで、別枠のそれらをどう使うのかというとBitnamiアプリが起動した状態で、インストールディレクトリに移動し、（そちらの環境で言うと、/opt/redmine-2.6.7-1）「sudo .use_redmine」とコマンドを叩く必要があります。
Bitnamiでは超絶親切な公式ドキュメントがあるのでここを参考にしてください。
今回の場合だと「How to install a plugin on Redmine?」の章ですね。
プラグイン名とディレクトリ名の不一致については対処されているので、このwikiの手順で行えばおそらく通るはずです。

ご教示いただいた方法にてプラグインの導入をする事ができました。
なお、当方の環境にて一部コマンドが違うようでしたので、
参考として記載させて頂きます。
sudo .use_redmine ⇒sudo use_redmine
この度は解決に尽力頂きありがとうございました。
