Redmine Java API 1.10-SNAPSHOT is tested with Redmine 1.4.2

I found and fixed a bug in the errors parser.

now all tests pass against Redmine 1.4.2.

this will be released in v. 1.10

note: our default Redmine test instance is now v. 1.4.2
